It's a full circle, this is where I worked 25 years ago & was one of the most rewarding jobs..
I will be working at The Indiana School for the Deaf. I found out last night I will have the Girls Dorm (Jr High/High School) and my position is Houseparent. So for those that must reside here Sunday-Friday, I am kind of a substitute parent.
My ASL skills are very rusty so I will be brushing up on them and tweaking. I previously had the little girls (K-4th) so I am sure things will be rather different with the teens!
